Move the map to your area – the red box follows when it leaves the screen. 📍 puts it at your position. Drag the box or tap the map for the exact place, then “Load terrain here” loads what is inside the box. Worldwide elevation is about 30 m – fine for a first look, coarse for real assessments.
Find any area on the world map (or use your GPS position), load the example, or open your own GeoTIFFs: DEM (one band) and orthophoto (RGB), same projected CRS.
